Discover Vinh Hy Bay
Vinh Hy Bay is one of Vietnam’s four most beautiful bays, about 40km northeast of Phan Rang Town. Vinh Hy Bay looks like a tremendous silvery mirror surrounded by strips of white sand and by rocky mountains.
