Vietnam (Food)
Vietnam.
From a foodie’s perspective, a
cornucopia of tastes, textures and smells. While in this beautiful and varied country for nearly three weeks, I enjoyed my fair share of spring rolls, noodles and rice, pho, and dishes such as fresh squid with chilis and lemongrass.
Some of those meals are captured here; other photos offer a glimpse into some of the rich colours and sites at markets large and small, or that caught my eye.
